Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) set forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the cryptoanalyses.net website and or the Discord servers (“Website” or “Service”) and any of its related products and services (collectively, “Services”). This Agreement is legally binding between you (“User”, “you” or “your”) and High-IT (doing business as “CryptoAnalyses”, “we”, “us” or “our”). If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this agreement, in which case the terms “User”, “you” or “your” shall refer to such entity. Billing and payments

You shall pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. Scans for malware are performed on a regular basis for additional security and protection. If, in our judgment, your purchase constitutes a high-risk transaction, we will require you to provide us with a copy of your valid government-issued photo identification, and possibly a copy of a recent bank statement for the credit or debit card used for the purchase. We reserve the right to change products and product pricing at any time. We also reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its terms related to the Website and Services at any time at our discretion. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. All content provided in our services or displayed on our site is all educational. CryptoAnalyses can not be held responsible for any losses of using our contents and services. We do not offer financial advice, and users shouldn’t take our content as financial advice. We advise doing your own research before doing anything based on our content.

You must be aware of potential risks when trading cryptocurrencies. We provide content for crypto trading that you can use for educational purposes only. However, you must accept the risks that come with our research and services. Subscription policy

Our Premium, Pro and Ultimate are one time payments; we will not charge you again. We offer lifetime service; this means that as long as we are operational, you’ll have access to our content. This includes new content that is permitted under the same plan. We have complete control over what is put in our Discord, and we are allowed to change this at any time. We are not required to post new content once you have joined. If you break any of our rules, we are allowed to kick you out of the group if necessary. This is to prevent breaking our policy’s. We will not ask you for any money for any reason except if you contacted us about upgrading or if you have placed an order that hasn’t been paid. We will only contact you first through e-mail or our social media platforms. Please check if it is us by checking the e-mail domain, either being cryptoanalyses.net or premiumanalyses.com. If you have any doubts, don’t hesitate to contact support@premiumanalyses.com. When it comes to our bot signals, we have a monthly fee that you’re required to pay until the subscription is cancelled. Once you’ve joined, you can’t get a refund; only cancel the subscription.

 

Refund policy

Once you have joined the CryptoAnalyses platform, we cannot offer any sort of refund. This is to prevent seeing our contents and then getting a refund. You will have full access to the material you have paid for and therefore are not eligible for a refund. If you haven’t joined our Discord group yet, you are still eligible for a refund; make sure to contact support@premiumanalyses.com for further details. Any fees we may encounter will be taken off the paid amount. We are not responsible for paying set fees. 

 

Acceptance of these terms

You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By accessing and using the Website and Services you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to access or use the Website and Services.
